But we do believe that healthy eating is important – you need to fuel your body properly to be fit. You can make small changes to your diet and achieve big results.
TIP: Encourage your kids to drink water by adding slices of limes or frozen cubes of fruit juice or fruit.

Getting more active as a family gets you fit and also improves your relationship with your kids and partner. It’s more motivating and more fun when you exercise together. You can encourage each other, compete with each other and celebrate your achievements together. Exercising as a family is more sustainable than doing it alone.
TIP: It’s important to increase your physical activity gradually – both the amount of time you spend doing it and the intensity.
