It’s important for everyone in your family to keep active. You don’t need to be super-competitive or brilliant at sports to be active. Try some of the fun games we have for you. They’re suitable for all ages and you’ll have fun getting fit together.

TIP: When you’re hopping or jumping between cones, remember to bend your knees each time you land! Hold your arms out to keep your balance and stop you falling over.
